5 - Remove/terminate the service

If you want to terminate immediately while the license is still available, log in to cPanel and send a ticket to the support team. They will manually terminate your account within 48 hours.

If you do not extend the license, your account will be subjected to be inactive (suspended) after 30 days. Please look at our policy (in the Terms and Conditions).

If you want to uninstall the app manually, please call with secret code #1234* (please log in to the cPanel to see your code) to show the app. Then, you can see the app name. You can remove the app like normal apps.

Depend of what the parent definded, it maybe is not #1234*
